Receive the service you deserve when you work with OM Stone headquartered in Hillsboro, Oregon. Our team is committed to providing our customers with the top service in the industry.
The Bronleewe Team
At our business, family comes first. Together, members of the Bronleewe family follow in their father’s footsteps to deliver excellence and service to every client.
In 1977, Tim started working for the family business and assisted with everything from line blasting and moving inventory to sales. After leaving for an 11-year career in broadcasting, Tim returned in 2004. Today, he serves as President of our company and is involved in management and business development. His responsibilities include partnering with suppliers, calling on accounts and prospective accounts, and consulting with customers and designers.
Since 1973, our Vice President has been a key part of the business. He started his career in the cemetery and monument shop, where he worked in the family-run funeral home until it was sold in 1997. He is a key part of the history and knowledge involved in managing the memorial and columbarium production process.
Chuck Ferguson, Chairman of the Board
Chuck Ferguson also serves as Chairman of the Portland-based GISI Marketing Group. He specializes in developing business leaders who are committed to cultivating a continuous, ongoing service-centered work ethic that empowers individuals with respect, value, and the ability to work at their fullest potential.
Throughout the years, Chuck’s focus has been on developing a leadership culture that understands the human side of business and organizations. The benchmark of a great organization begins with acknowledging that people and relationships are our most valuable asset. Chuck is the author of the acclaimed book, Indomitable Spirit: Life-Changing Lessons in Leadership.
Bob March, Chief Sales Officer
Bob may well be one of the most well-rounded individuals in the industry today. His career started knocking doors out of high school as a commission only Preneed Sales Counselor as a means to pay for college at Stanford University and has progressed through the ranks with SCI until ultimately having a $950M annual quota as the Director of Sales for North America. Bob was one of the early founding partners of NorthStar as their Chief Sales Officer and then later established two companies called salesmarch.com and United Independents that were both designed to help independently owned cemeteries and funeral homes not only survive but to compete and prosper against the publically held consolidators.
Bob is a Certified Cemetery Executive that has personally launched thousands of successful Sales Counselor and hundreds of prosperous Sales Manager careers. He can talk the talk and more importantly, walk the walk. He is extremely experienced in sales and operations, preneed and at need, cemetery, and funeral…essentially all aspects of the Death Care Industry. Bob currently is a Board Member and Chief Sales Officer at OM Stone and is helping to improve and expand their enterprise.
